Lifetime Warranty* for your Drainage System
Omega Plumbing would like to offer you a Conditional Lifetime Warranty* on your drainage system. You can use your warranty at any time.
You will be given a Warranty Certificate when you have your drains cleared by Omega Plumbing. Should you need to claim your warranty, simply present your Warranty Certificate to the qualified Omega technician on his next visit.
IMPORTANT - Please retain the certificate as it entitles you to a further 15% discount off all additional services we have to offer.
Conditions of your Lifetime Drain Warranty
If your drain has been cleared by Omega Plumbing and blocks again, Omega will carry out one of the following in an attempt to clear the blockage.
A – No Charge Warranty

Your drain must have been inspected by an Omega qualified technician using a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Drain Camera.

The blockage must be in the same section of drain that was cleared last time by Omega; this warranty is applicable within a 90 Day period of the paid visit & includes up to 30 minutes labour at no charge.
B – *Conditional Warranty – Lifetime

As long as Omega has attended your blocked drain (outside of the 90 day period) we will return and attempt to clear for only $99.00. Includes GST & up to 30 minutes labour. The blockage must be in the same section of drain that was cleared last time by Omega.
