Five Solutions
There are typically five solutions to remedy your blocked drains or problem sewer: |
|
|
1. Water Jet to Clean the Drain: Use the Omega Jet high pressure drain cleaning equipment to remove all the tree roots, in the short term this is your lowest price option. Unfortunately this is considered a temporary measure as the roots came from the outside and penetrated the pipe. This will be like giving your sewer line a haircut. The roots will grow back eventually and your pipe will still have cracks. There is a danger of cutting these roots out and that is while doing so, the pipe my collapse from the banging up against it or pulling roots through it. |

3. Spot Repair or Sectional Repair: In the unfortunate event that your sewer pipe or drain cannot be cleared (possible broken) we can help you with that as well. Perhaps a spot repair or a section of pipe should be replaced. We will diagnose the problem and fix it right, the first time. If the break is under a slab, basement floor, driveway or other area that cannot be excavated, pipe-lining might be the best solution |

4. Complete Replacement: In the unfortunate event that your sewer line has sunk (due to ground movement or settling and cannot be cleared by cabling or water jetting it may need to be completely replaced. Lining the pipe will not help a sunken pipe or remove a “belly” in a sewer or drain line. We have two solutions available to correct this problem. |

5. Pipe Relining -Trenchless Repair: We can replace the existing sewer line without digging up the entire yard. We only have to dig in two spot and pull a new line through. It's call trenchless. Relining is the process of repairing damaged sewer pipes without digging by creating a "pipe within the old pipe" to restore function and flow. Epoxy lining materials bond to the inside of the existing damaged pipe to create a smooth new inner wall that is seamless and durable. Many times, pipe relining can be performed through a clean-out and often requires little digging. |
